People moving home regularly cite a lack of transparency and a painfully slow process, and that’s often due to the technology in the estate agent’s hands.
For the past eight years, we’ve been working hard to change that. Through the development of our products, we’re successfully achieving our goal of bringing the property industry into the 21st century.
Our mission is to radically improve the property industry for everyone and UX plays a massive role in making this happen!
Our UX & Product teams get close to our users and design experiences that excite, innovate and change the way people think about property!
Our Engineering Teams are all cross-functional and our UX Designers feed into this by playing an active role in the product direction of our Street and Spectre, working closely with other disciplines to create product experiences that add value to both our customers and our business.

The key things that initially made me want to work at Street were how transparent and enthusiastic everyone was - and in the time I’ve worked here that’s definitely still the case!
It’s really exciting to be part of a company that’s constantly getting bigger and better, and that genuinely cares about setting the bar extremely high for user experience.
As a new dad, the flexibility offered by Street has been fantastic. Everybody is so understanding and it’s the people at Street Group that makes it such a great place to work.
The paternity leave has also been excellent, which made all my friends and family quite jealous and question me “where do you work and are they hiring?”

Our UX designers work within cross-functional teams, but a highlight of my week is when the UX team get together for design feedback, share ideas and host/attend brown bags to learn new things. Its such a collaborative environment and everyone has the support they need to grow and excel.
