Our entire interview process is designed to make sure we're Street Group is right for you as you are for us. You'll have a member of our talent team to speak with every step of the way, with feedback at each stage.

We know interviewing can be a strain on your own time and efforts. Candidate experience is incredibly important to us, so we've embedded our values into our interview process: we move quickly, are super transparent, and make sure you're never in the dark.

Once we’ve received your application, a member of our talent team will reach out to you to get to know you a bit better.

This is your chance to ask us any initial questions so you can also see if we're right for you.

If we both feel there's a good fit, you'll be asked to complete a short task. Depending on the role this could be a presentation, pitch, blog or a code review - at this stage we'd like to see how you work and give you a flavour of what to expect working here.

Once we've reviewed your task, it's time to meet with your team lead. This will be the person you'll report to, alongside another team member you'll work with day to day.

This is an opportunity to discuss the task, get into the role in a little more detail, and a chance to talk through your relevant skills and experience. Of course, there'll be plenty of time to answer any questions you have along the way.

The final interview is a chat with one of our founders. This is an opportunity to check our culture and how we work together aligns with your own values, ambitions and expectations.

It's as much about making sure we're right for you as vice versa, so we leave plenty of time to answer any of your questions.
