A brand new role reporting to our Demand Generation Manager, you'll be working alongside experts in copywriting, video, design, product marketing and strategy to deliver informative, educational and enviable, high-quality content at every opportunity.

A bit about the job.

  • Create engaging content across the lead funnel, distributed through a variety of mediums and channels
  • Generate high quality, high intent leads which translate into revenue
  • A digital-focussed mindset, preferably with some experience of SEO, online advertising and website editing
  • Support the Demand Generation Manager using data-driven insights to measure effectiveness to support content creation ideation and execution
  • Knowledge and understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO)
  • Create and optimise long-form content, website copy, adverts, and content for social channels (organic and paid).
  • Work closely and cross-collaborate with internal teams such as Brand, Customer, Product and Sales
  • Build a community of content collaborators across the property space

A bit about you.

  • You know how to make the most out of content, by carving up into digestible pieces over a wide range of mediums - written, visual, video, audio
  • You have the ability to translate data and technical products into engaging content
  • You have an understanding of AI and how we can leverage it to produce content
  • You’ll have an awareness of how different pieces of content fit into different areas of the funnel
  • You’re a self-starter, full of ideas and able to move at speed, who can take initiative when needed
  • You’re curious and conscientious, you’ll make it your business to know everything about our products
  • You have a keen interest in marketing, technology and keep your finger on the pulse when it comes to emerging trends

£28,000-£35,000 dependent on experience. However, sometimes the perfect person is far more or less experienced than we anticipated. In these situations, planned ranges go out the window. If you think that might be the case, please apply and just let us know.
